We can't give individual financial or engineering advice, and we're not affiliated with any AI provider. The tools are for planning and education only, as the disclaimer spells out. For product feedback, use the feedback page.

What happens after you write

Messages are reviewed for enough detail to act on them. Pricing corrections and reproducible bugs are usually the easiest to investigate. A general question may take longer, especially when it depends on a private contract, architecture, or provider account that we cannot see.

The form opens your email application, so you remain in control of whether the message is sent. Please do not include API keys, passwords, customer data, private prompts, or confidential contracts. Redact screenshots where necessary.

Specific contact routes

For a privacy request, use the subject Privacy Request and read the Privacy Policy.
For copyright concerns, follow the notice requirements in the DMCA Copyright Policy.
For an advertisement issue, include the page, time, country, and a screenshot if possible.
For security concerns, describe the issue without exploiting it or accessing data that is not yours.

We cannot provide customer support for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other model provider. Billing and account problems for those services should go to the provider directly.
